WBC Visions collects the contact and session details you choose to send us, including your name, phone number, email address, the kind of session you want, your school or team, and any notes you add.

How we use information

We use this information to answer session requests, schedule shoots and media days, deliver photos, and reply to your questions.

Text messages

If you check a text message box on our forms, we may text you about your request and your photos or, if you chose it, about new mini session dates and offers. Consent is optional and never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run this website, our galleries and our communications, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Photos of athletes

Photos from a session or media day are shared with the family or team that booked it. Private gallery links are meant for the people they are sent to. Ask us any time to remove a photo from our website or social media.
