How much does a media day cost?
Outdoor media days are $85 a player, with 3 photos per player and a complimentary team photo. Indoors with fog is $100 per athlete.
What's the difference between outdoor and indoor?
Outdoor is shot at your field with William's lights. Indoor is shot in your gym with fog and dramatic lighting, the look you see in the KCKCC and KC Werewolves sessions.
How many photos does each athlete get?
Outdoor media days include 3 photos per player plus the team photo. Text William at (913) 995-0882 for indoor details.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit online for media days. They are billed per athlete after the shoot.
Who pays, the team or the families?
It is billed per athlete. Your team decides who covers it: the booster club, the program or each family.
What do you need from us?
A date and a place, your roster with names and jersey numbers, a headcount, one point of contact, athletes in uniform, and a couple of outlets nearby if you shoot indoors.
Do you come to our school?
Yes. William brings the lights, fog and backdrops to your gym or field anywhere around the Kansas City metro.
How do families get their photos?
Each family gets one private link. They search by name or jersey number, download full size, or order prints.
Do you shoot dance and cheer teams?
Yes. Dance and cheer media days work the same way, like the St. Pius X dance team session.
How far ahead should we book?
Media days follow the season, so book as soon as you have a date in mind. Fall, winter and spring dates go first.
